We offer in-store credit through an emailed gift card. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents, with tags still attached. Cellar Door reserves the right to reject returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, etc. Rejected items are returned at the customer’s expense.
If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.
The most common reason for a return is an item not fitting. As a result, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. Your package must be post-marked and sent back to us within 14 days from the original delivery confirmation date
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Technically, we do not have a process in place for direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item won't be sold out by the time your return is received back to our warehouse. Our policy does not allow us to "reserve" online merchandise. If you know the item(s) of the same or lesser value you wish to receive through an "exchange", we advise you to purchase the item(s) as soon as possible. This will ensure your exchange, without risking that the item(s) you want sell out prior to delivery of your return. In order to process this accurately, please include a note of this exchange in your return. Upon receiving the returned item back to our warehouse, we will process a refund, up to the purchase price of the new item; not to exceed the price of the item returned.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?
We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of your return arriving back to us.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email notification, with the information and store credit code to use online. Make sure to check your junk folder, just in case!
IMPORTANT: If your purchase was made online, you will be issued an online store credit that may only be used for future online purchases, and cannot be used in-store. Unfortunately, our brick & mortar location & our online stores credit systems are not linked, so credits are not interchangeable.

Orders not picked up within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification email are considered FINAL SALE .

Cellar Door Ships on Monday & Friday, excluding selected holidays. Please allow 3-7 Business days for your items to ship. As soon as your items ship, you will receive an email notification with additional shipping information.
Once the package has left our hands we can't guarantee the service of the CANADA POST. If you have received a notification from CANADA POST that your package was delivered but you have not received your package please contact the CANADA POST before you contact Cellar Door.
